Terms of Service & Warranties

1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting services, scheduling appointments online, or retaining ELITE COMFORT PRO LLC ("Contractor") for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or air quality services, you ("Customer" or "Property Owner") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Estimates & Work Authorization

Prior to commencing any repairs or major equipment installations, our technician will deliver a written upfront estimate outlining the scope of work, replacement components, and total investment. Work will only commence upon receiving affirmative written or electronic authorization from the Customer.

3. Payment Terms & Financing

Payment is due upon substantial completion of the authorized repair or installation unless explicit third-party financing arrangements have been approved in advance. We accept all major credit cards, bank checks, ACH transfers, and approved promotional financing programs.

4. Warranties & Guarantees

• Manufacturer Equipment Warranty: New central AC units, furnaces, and heat pumps carry manufacturer parts warranties (typically 5 to 10 years when registered within 60 days of installation). Contractor assists Customer in registering equipment.
• Workmanship Labor Guarantee: Contractor provides a 1-year labor warranty on qualified system installations and a 90-day warranty on repair replacement parts and labor.
• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover failures resulting from customer negligence, lack of basic filter maintenance, power surges, utility outages, acts of God, or unauthorized tampering by third parties.

5. Property Access & Safety

Customer agrees to provide safe, unimpeded access to the HVAC equipment, electrical panels, thermostats, and utility connections. Contractor maintains full worker's compensation and comprehensive commercial liability insurance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where service is performed and United States federal standards.
